Building on the success of the proven LightForge™ prototyping service, the new Rapid Flat Top offering allows customers to create optics that transform single-mode laser beams into precise flat top profiles. A single freeform optic can convert input beams ranging from 1.5 mm to 6.5 mm into a custom flat top output at the far-field focus, with options for circular, square, or rectangular spot shapes.
