The PowerPhotonic Coherent Beam Combining Module (CBC) uses PowerPhotonic’s proprietary freeform optics to deliver best in class beam combining efficiency in a highly compact and mechanically robust package. This 19-channel module delivers a combination of high power, high brightness and high efficiency continuous wave laser light from an array of fibers. The result is a module that is a fraction of the size of any equivalent module built using traditional optics.
PowerPhotonic will be showcasing its CBC module at SPIE Sensors and Imaging at the 2 day conference in Edinburgh on the 15th and 16th September, table 401. The conference unveils the latest sensor and photonic technologies that address homeland security, defense and counterterrorism.
